Wait a minute. I know he'z not finna' talk about the Grammy'z dayz after ole' gyrl asked him to! (Yes, "finna". That'z how we talk in tha' A.. Well.. Thatz how THEY talk! lolz.) And yes, I am.. I'm not a big "awards" person to be honest, but I thoroughly enjoyed this year's Grammy performancez. Mary J. Blige showed everyone again why she is the true Queen of R&B. Chris Brown danced his azz off, but forgot to review the "Usher School of Sing & Dance" video. Usher learned the hard way a couple yearz back that you gotta conserve some energy for the vocalz, unless u plan on gettin' Milli Vanilli to make up for ur voice crackin! Soundz lyke Chris "Run It, Run It Outta' Breath!" lolz! That was corny.. Thin ice, dude.. Thin ice.



The performance of the night had to be between Christina Aguilera and Gnarlez Barkley.. I'm still waiting on the DNA results back from the Christina Aguilera blood sample, to determine where the hell this little woman getz all that soul from! *screamz* THIS IS A MAN'S WORLD! She blew me away! You ever listened to somethin' so moving that it makes the fine hairz on ur back tingle? Nah, not reely.. Well, watch this clip and try again...



Not to be outdone by any means, was Gnarlez Barkley. Oh wow.. Now, I'm reely not a Cee-Lo Green fan, but this dude iz talented. Time-out. Are you anybody'z fan? Ur forever tellin' us who u don't lyke.. Who do you like..? Hmmm? I'm startin' not to lyke u.. lolz. Anyway, he was kool when he was with Goodie-Mob back in the day, but once he went solo, he started weirdin' me out.. You had to be high off hallucinative mushroomz to fully grasp his message.. I'm guessing, mom! I'm guessing!! :) But, looking back.. I thynk I was too young to understand him. Cee-Lo iz a musical genius.. Much like his partner, Danger Mouse.. Their love for music goes beyond platinum records, album salez and record dealz.. These brothaz express themselves more clearly and creatively through music, better than most individualz can verbally.. I admire their work, appreciate their style.. unique sense of individuality, and look forward to their future.. Ladiez and Gentlemen.. Gnarlez Barkley!


What tripped me out the most about their performance was Danger Mouse'z disappearing act! Check it out! He'z clearly on stage with Cee-Lo at the start of the performance, right? Ok, then Cee-Lo walkz to the stage, and BAM! He's sitting down playin' the piano!! Houdini?! Danger Magic?! Am I trippin..? Help me out here!


Anyway, like I said earlier.. For the most part, I was very satisfied with this year'z performancez and look forward to seein' Christina tear it up again next year.. She ripped Donny Hathaway'z "A Song For You" last year.. Let the world know who'z world it reely was this year.. And I'm sure she'll be back next year to take that white face mask off, and show us who'z reely under that 90lb. white gyrl suit!
